RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage booking room for more than 20 bookers (shift division, work promotion, service quality check)
• Evaluate and train subordinates.
• Update airline policies.
• Interact with airlines in terms of operations.

REQUIREMENTS

• Proficient in using Sabre, Amadeus, Galileo, Abacus to book/issue domestic and international tickets.
• Experience working with BSP (foreign) airlines
• Experience working in large ticket offices with large sales.
• Have management, leadership and training skills.
• Good communication skills.
• Proficient in English.
