RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop departmental budgets and personnel plans for the SC department.
• Develop KPIs for related 3rd parties.
• Operate Outbound warehouses according to SOPs and KPIs to achieve delivery progress and avoid loss of goods.
• Ensure Inbound warehouse operations according to SOPs and KPIs, ensuring goods are on shelves quickly and accurately.
• Manage NVC to ensure delivery according to departmental KPIs according to standards and increased delivery service packages.
• Manage inventory effectively, warn, block incoming orders and handle products in stock exceeding KPIs.
• Upgrade existing processes.
• Develop new processes to improve the operational efficiency of SC 3 regions.
• Develop processes to connect stages in the department.
• Coordinate with departments in the company to propose solutions and establish new regulations to best serve the company’s business.
• Ensure employees in departments comply with the company’s processes and policies.
• Manage and develop staff to achieve departmental goals.
• Maximize departmental resources and build a Backup force.

REQUIREMENTS

1. Knowledge, Experience:

• University degree related to logistics and transportation.
• 3 years of experience in a similar position.
• Professional knowledge: Import, Logistics, transportation.

2. Skills/Abilities:

• Actively learn, research, and apply knowledge and experience to practice logically.
• Ability to search for information, think logically, and do data.
• Required skills: Excel and SQL.
• Additional skills: Python – Power BI.
• Ability to manage employees who are manual laborers.
