RESPONSIBILITIES
- Recruit and train a team of WA Investment Consultants
- Develop new Clients and take care of the team’s large Client portfolio
- Organize and present in investment seminars for Clients
- Support and advise Clients and Staff
- Manage the quality of department activities (Finance, Customer, L&D, Process)
REQUIREMENTS
- University degree in Finance, Economics, etc.
- 5 years of experience in developing Priority Clients at banks, securities companies, real estate companies and at least 1 year in a team management position
- Ability to advise on asset allocation for Clients; experience in advising Clients on deposits, fund certificates, bonds is an advantage.
- Have an understanding of the macroeconomic environment, stock market and different investment asset channels.
