RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Recruitment:

  • Planning recruitment, training, human resource development.

2. Administration:

  • Managing security, medical, janitorial, vehicle dispatching, organizing fire prevention and fighting work, legal administrative records.

3. Training:

  • Organizing and implementing internal and external training programs.
  • Coordinating with departments and workshops on organizing training for workers and employees to meet the development goals of the Company.

4. C&B:

  • Organizing and implementing salary calculation and payment (sp).
  • Checking and controlling the implementation of policies and regimes.

5. Organizational development:

  • Participating in building and amending salary and bonus regulations, product salary, salary scale system, updating information and adjusting accordingly according to regulations.
  • Managing, organizing and operating the HR-HC department to perform human resource administration work.

6. Others:

  • Other ad hoc tasks assigned by the Board of Directors.

REQUIREMENTS

1. Qualifications, degrees, experience:

  • University graduate majoring in human resources administration, economics, management, law, labor and wages,… or higher.
  • Minimum working experience: 5 years in a similar position (Company producing >1000 people)
  • Deep understanding of Labor Law, Enterprise Law, Social Insurance Law, Trade Union Law.

2. Skills and abilities:

  • Ability to handle issues arising in labor relations: handling discipline, labor disputes.
  • Ability to establish and implement plans and unit goals.
  • Ability to advise and consult on issues related to the law and plans of the Company.
  • Ability to manage, assign, supervise and evaluate the work results of employees, train and develop employees.
