RESPONSIBILITIES

• The planning department is responsible for analyzing, synthesizing and drafting an operational plan in line with the company’s orientation and policies;
• Presenting the draft operational plan and defending the plan to the Board of Directors;
• Making an official plan and submitting the plan to superior management for approval;
• Monitoring the implementation of the plan with production and business units;
• Periodic evaluation reports to the Board of Directors.

REQUIREMENTS

• University/Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Marketing or other related fields;
• Over 5 years of experience in strategic planning or business analysis in IT, e-commerce, and financial services companies;
• Expertise in strategic planning, plan analysis, planning, and business strategy;
• Good English;
• Leadership skills, teamwork as well as independent work;
• Good communication and problem-solving skills to coordinate team and customer work;
• Problem analysis and decision-making skills;
• Ability to collect, analyze, evaluate, and synthesize information;
• Good communication skills, experience in establishing relationships with various customers, including government agencies;
• Priority is given to candidates with good looks.
