RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Business development planning and reporting:
- Plan purchases, import goods, sell new goods, partition sales, monitor and report implementation results.
- Combine with POS to organize programs to promote sales and rotation of goods, not allowing inventory time to exceed 01 year for basic goods and 06 months for fashion goods.
- Plan the number and standards of agents, products, and values. Development orientation, regulations and implementation criteria: each brand, brand group of each supplier, brand synthesis.
- Plan to make images, distribute POP or POSM to stores.
- Training plan for agents.
- Make reports related to annual, quarterly, monthly and weekly business activities according to company regulations.
2. Business development and market expansion strategy:
- Build short-term and long-term strategies for each product group and brand.
- Brand building strategy and image display at dealerships according to each brand’s standards to attract customers.
- Develop a strategy to distribute goods and products on a national scale.
- Strategy to promote house brands in the market to compete directly with competitors in the same segment.
- Plan implementation strategies and evaluate the effectiveness of trade marketing programs.
- Propose issues related to product distribution according to the specifications of the manufacturer and the finance board, discount policies, after-sales policies, inventory criteria according to the targets set by the Board of Directors.
- Provide the most effective commercial business management strategies, product development, promotional programs, and market access.
- Learn about business opportunities, increase profits and expand markets.
- Manage the number of key customers (existing and new customers) to improve the number of existing agents and develop new agents.
- Review and evaluate potential strategic partners, evaluate risks affecting the company’s business activities, and propose measures to gain market share in the market.
- Update changes in external factors affecting the company’s business activities.
- Analyze enterprise data related to business activities, provide solutions.
- Representative of the corporation working with partners and customers.
3. Control business activities:
- Control inventory, product distribution levels and business regulations for each region including: Sales regulation process, goods receipt, image management at POS applied in accordance with brand standards and principles .
- Control the supply and use of display items – POSM at dealers.
- Control the implementation of subordinate business plans, control sales staff to ensure compliance with the group’s standards including: working style, work principles, professional ethics.
4. Human resource management, coaching and training:
- Develop professional training and coaching programs including: business ethics, principles of conduct, principles of branding, goods, and customer service.
- Build a professional sales team with in-depth understanding of goods, brands, display images and customer care.
- Organize training programs on sales skills, customer care, debt collection…
- Orient and build career paths and advancement paths for junior employees.
5. Product research and development:
- Analyze the market, competitors, propose appropriate sales policies and product orientation.
- Market research develops high-end product lines that customers favor and purifies product lines that are no longer suitable to compete in the market.
- Keep abreast of competitors selling products that affect the company’s products and come up with strategies for competing.
- Control violations related to genuine aviation in the region.
