RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Search and take care of customers:
- Target customers: multinational companies, manufacturing companies in industrial zones, state-owned corporations, etc.
- Plan to search and take care of customers by month, quarter, year.
- Evaluate the results of the plan implementation and report to the Board of Directors.
2. General work management:
- Manage customer relationships and receive customer requests/complaints.
- Monitor customer contact process of other departments.
- Manage bidding documents, orders, contracts signed with customers.
- Monitor the progress of debt collection for each contract.
- Monitor the progress and quality of contract implementation, promptly report to the Board of Directors for handling.
- Manage employees under your authority in terms of sales and other customer relationships, etc.
3. Training:
- Train employees under your authority in terms of improving customer search and care skills.
4. Personnel evaluation:
- Monthly, quarterly, annually, coordinate with the Board of Directors to evaluate the quality of subordinate personnel according to criteria of work efficiency, sales, customer relations, etc.
- Recommend to the Board of Directors on rewards, discipline, job transfers, and termination of labor contracts for subordinate employees.
REQUIREMENTS
- Experience: 3 years of experience in business tourism services for businesses.
- Education: University degree in tourism, business administration or equivalent.
- Foreign language proficiency: fluent in English, knowing another foreign language (Chinese, Korean, Japanese …) is an advantage.
- Computer skills: Word, Excel, Powerpoint …
- Good communication and complaint handling skills.
