RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Propose advice to the Board of Directors on strategies, develop plans for Marketing, Communication and Branding activities annually or for each stage/period.
  • Manage and coordinate resources to organize and implement the Company’s Marketing, Communication and Branding activities in accordance with approved directions and plans, specifically:
  • Coordinate with specialized Departments in researching and determining the needs and expectations of Customers and effective promotion and outreach channels for each Customer segment.
  • Update changes and new trends in communication and Digital Marketing, provide assessments and recommendations on these trends to seize opportunities and keep up with improvements in digital technology.
  • Build and preside over the implementation of event, communication and PR plans to promote, build and develop the Company’s brand and products and services to the public and customers;
  • Support business units in accessing and expanding customer development channels;
  • Develop and preside over the implementation of event plans and internal communications to convey messages from leaders, the Company’s strategic orientation, and organizational culture to the staff;
  • Implement, monitor, evaluate, measure, and propose adjustments to approved programs.
  • Perform other tasks assigned by direct managers (participate in projects, participate in union activities, mobilize personnel to participate) in accordance with capacity and scope of work.

REQUIREMENTS

  • University degree in Marketing, PR, Business Administration… or related majors; Priority is given to candidates with in-depth knowledge of digital marketing;
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar position in the field of Marketing, communications, PR-advertising;
  • Priority is given to candidates with experience in a similar position in the fields of securities, banking, finance, insurance;
  • Proficiency in English & office computer skills;
  • Strategic thinking, planning and implementation skills;
  • Analytical, synthesis, content writing skills;
  • Ability to work independently and in a good team;
  • Ability to organize and handle work under high pressure;
