RESPONSIBILITIES

• Receive assigned sales targets, make business plans and organize implementation for the responsible Unit to achieve assigned targets;
• Develop customers, seek investment opportunities for employees and customers;
• Develop and train new staff to add to the team;
• Support employees in developing customers, provide professional training and supervise the effectiveness of consulting and customer care of subordinate employees;
• Prevent and control risks in the operations of the Unit and the Company;
• Periodically report on business situation to the Branch Director, propose new sales channels/policies for the sales team.

REQUIREMENTS

• University or higher degree in Economics/Finance/Banking/Business Administration or related fields;
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar position or 3 years or more in the position of Securities Investment Consultant;
• Ability to develop and build a team;
• Experience in operating and managing a team;
• Comply with professional ethics standards of securities practitioners;
• Priority is given to candidates with professional certificates/securities practice certificates.
