RESPONSIBILITIES

• Control and ensure that services comply with the correct procedures and regulations of the service.
• Detect and promptly report operational errors/issues affecting service quality
• Closely check and monitor the system
• Analyze data and statistical information.
• Propose management and service quality control plans.
• Maintain regular updates of professional knowledge to ensure that monitoring is carried out strictly in accordance with current regulations/information.
• Train and support staff.

REQUIREMENTS

• English: fluent
• University graduate in Economics, Finance, Law, Customer Relations.
• Experience (at least 1 year) in customer service principles and quality monitoring work at Call Center/financial institutions.
• Good communication skills, logical thinking and flexible problem solving ability.
• Ability to manage time, manage teams as well as work independently, withstand pressure and high intensity at work.
• Ability to set goals, tasks and generate resources effectively.
• Good skills in collecting and analyzing information, data, and reporting to identify trends and detect potential problems in the process of service control and management.
