RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Finance:

• Forecast the company’s financial situation, create short-, medium- and long-term financial plans, determine capital mobilization forms and capital structure, and have a plan to allocate capital appropriately and directly. Manage financial plans.
• Synthesize and analyze information and prepare reports on financial performance results for the Board of Directors. Timely detect inappropriate points to take measures to ensure reasonable use of capital to maximize profits.
• Analyze investment efficiency of each project, each restaurant, control legality and feasibility, and turnover of working capital for each project.
• Analyze, manage and control budget and cash flows.
• Carry out internal supervision, ensuring financial control transparency, accuracy, and financial efficiency.
• Reporting and financial analysis to the Board of Directors.

2. Accounting:

• Responsible for the company’s accounting activities.
• Control tax reporting and accounting operations. Work directly with tax authorities.
• Organize the enterprise’s accounting system to record and account for economic transactions arising in the company’s operations.
• Control company accounts and prepare financial reports. Analyze reports, thereby capturing fluctuations in costs, debt… to promptly provide solutions to control costs according to set goals.
• Control and improve processes, prepare records, enter accounting data, account for payment entries, asset inventory processes, prepare financial statements, balance sheets as well as other Other relevant documents.
• Build a system of books and accounting documents for income and expenditure in accordance with accounting standards and form processes related to accounting and finance.

3. Administration:

• Monitor all Department activities to ensure optimal efficiency with adequate internal controls.
• Build financial and accounting management processes suitable for the company and comply with legal regulations.
• Ensure requirements for economic and financial information security.
• Participate in developing financial plans and investment plans.
• Consulting and guiding accounting work to ensure the accounting department works in accordance with the law and management requirements.
• Organize, build organizational structure and manage employee productivity.
• Participate in professional activities, financial accounting training for staff in the department and develop the team and related departments.
• Support checking information and reports on the company’s software.

4. Perform other tasks as requested by the Board of Directors.

REQUIREMENTS

• Graduated from University or higher.
• Have at least 3 years of experience in the F&B or Retail.
• Have in-depth knowledge and expertise in Finance – Accounting.
• Knowledge of the F&B industry.
• Have good management skills, proficient in accounting software. Optimize department operations based on human resources capacity, standardize processes and apply technology.
• Finance: minimize financial costs, increase efficiency, return on investment, promptly detect inappropriate costs, unproductive revenue and recommend corrective measures.
• Accounting: good at tax operations, good control of all costs, strict management of company assets.
