RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop, implement, and monitor periodic purchasing plans (monthly/quarterly/yearly)
• Work with suppliers, manufacturers, and internal departments of the company to determine purchasing needs, supply capacity, and raw materials.
• Build and maintain relationships with suppliers.
• Participate in negotiating and negotiating prices for large purchasing contracts.
• Research the market, search for, and propose changes to suppliers to suit the actual needs of the company.
• Monitor, measure, and analyze spending and budgets of the purchasing department.
• Assign work, guide, and manage personnel, and monitor work performance in the Department.
• Report work results and department performance to the Director.

REQUIREMENTS

• 02 – 03 years of experience in purchasing management of one of the following items: FMCG, Cosmetics, Cleaning products, Stationery.
• Degree required: College degree or higher.
• Good working experience with Goods contracts, orders, …
• Good communication and negotiation skills, flexible, sharp.
• Computer proficiency: excel, word.
• Enthusiastic spirit and good pressure resistance.
