RESPONSIBILITIES

• Monitor recruitment team and report monthly/quarterly/yearly performance.
• Propose and implement candidate sourcing methods.
• Research and select recruitment advertising options.
• Propose ways to improve employer branding.
• Research BPO labor market and related industries to assess market salary levels.
• Manage and participate in job fairs and career events.
• Build the company’s senior human resources network through relationships with HR professionals, colleagues and other partners.
• Advise and support the operations management team and recruitment team on interviewing techniques.
• Train and develop the recruitment team.

REQUIREMENTS

• At least 1 – 3 years of experience as a team leader/recruitment manager (Priority is given to candidates from BPO companies)
• Communication skills and team management skills of 3-5 employees or more.
• Ability to organize regular/ad hoc work effectively.
• Multi-tasking skills.
• Report on time and on schedule.
• Plan, conduct, coordinate and execute recruitment effectively.
