Responsible for recruiting the Candidates for the Clients to meet the assigned KPI sales revenue (75%)
– Recruiting the Candidates with the required quantity, timely and criterias
– Attracting and searching for the potential Candidates that match criterias on social medias: Websites, Facebook, Zalo, LinkedIn
– Completing the Candidate’s profile (including Interview assessment) and sending to the Clients in quickly and timely
– Monitoring and arranging Interview/ Training/ or Onboarding schedule at the request of the Client
2. Responsible for caring of the Candidates and recommending suitable positions at present or in the future
– Supporting the Candidates in carry out the recruitment procedures, including documents, certificates and diplomas… (if any)
– Inquire about health, send congratulations on birthdays or the period before/during/after onboarding of the Candidates in-charged (5%)
3. Responsible for finding and developing of the new Clients and taking care of the existing Clients (5%)
– Searching and signing contracts with new customers who have recruitment needs
– Taking care and developing existing customers who have been using recruitment services
– Arrange meeting with potential Clients to find out recruitment needs and introduce services
– Taking part in negotiating terms and signing contract with the Clients
4. Responsible for the connection between the Clients and Others to the process coordination is operated smoothly, providing the best service quality (5%)

– Receive and research information related to the recruitment needs of the Client
– Responsible for agreeing on the coordination on the Candidate sending schedule, interview process and related regulations
– Sending the potential Candidates’s list to the Clients
– Receiving feedback related to the Candidates and other arising from the Clients
– Implementing and explaining information related to new job vacancies
– Implementing and informing the coordination process with the Clients
– Unifying detailed of the recruitment plan
– Being a contact person to receive the list of the potential Candidates
– Updating and communicating the Candidates-related information from Clients so that the Others can timely grasp the information
– Supporting the Others in preparing payment documents with the Clients according to signed contracts and procedures
5. Responsible for updating information of Candidates and Clients into the Company’s system, complete irregular or periodic reports based on the Company’s procedures and policies (5%)
– Updating the Candidates and the Client’s information fully and clearly on the Company’s system and other relevant reports (if any)
– Completing irregular or periodic reports based on the Company’s procedures and policies
6. Coordinating with Others to support the implementation of Workshop, Events, Employer branding or the Clients’s reviews, to attract more the Candidates (5%)
– Participating in meetings and exchanges with HRs in Workshop, Event connection sharing activities
– Posting or sharing job weekly job vacancies, images, clips, videos, on topics related to the Candidates, HR to attract their interesting and scale up the connections
