RESPONSIBILITIES

• Building a quantitative risk framework according to Basel/State Bank standards.
• Analyzing and building quantitative risk models according to statistical and econometric standards.
• Designing a process for applying quantitative risk models in banking operations.
• Standardizing and describing/designing software tools for data collection/application development of quantitative risk models.
• Designing and building customer journey swim-lanes to improve productivity and reduce costs in banking credit operations.
• Designing dashboards for managing bank credit models and quality.

REQUIREMENTS

• University degree or higher in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Finance, Banking.
• Understanding of the banking industry, quantitative risk management models, Basel standards.
• Have specialized knowledge of Statistics, econometrics, data analysis software (SPSS, SAS, Python, Access…)
• Skills in planning, analyzing, designing models, processes.
• Good presentation skills, expressing clearly and effectively.
• Have skills in working and communicating with stakeholders, have logical thinking, problem solving skills.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the field of banking and finance.
