RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop a business development plan for MT channel.
  • Search, develop and take care of a network of potential customers and partners in the MT channel including supermarkets, retail stores,…
  • Introducing company products to partners and customers to develop sales channels, in order to achieve assigned business goals in each period including the number of sales channels developed and sales volume.
  • Directly implement and monitor the signing and implementation of contracts, including procedures for delivery of goods, issuance of invoices, etc.
  • Caring for and handling customer complaints. Report to management levels about customers’ needs, problems, and concerns about products/services provided by the Company.
  • Coordinate with the marketing department to develop/promote products and implement sales strategies, build and implement promotional programs.
  • Implement fairs, conferences, product advertising strategies, etc. as requested by superiors.
  • Support the accounting department in debt collection.
  • Participate in internal training courses and open training courses to improve professional knowledge and skills.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Education: College or higher, economic majors are preferred: Banking and Finance, Business Administration, Foreign Trade, Marketing…
  • Have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position.
  • Working experience, connecting with MT channels: supermarkets, retail chain companies (Vinmart, 7 eleven,…)
  • Have experience working with key people in making purchasing decisions at supermarkets or retail store chains.
  • Ability to present and introduce products to customer partners who are supermarkets or companies with retail store chains
  • Have experience in building and implementing product promotion programs at supermarkets, chain stores, and co-promotion programs (promotion sponsorship) with supermarket partners and retail store chains
  • Have experience in order management, ensuring the correct, sufficient and timely supply of goods to customer partners.
  • Experienced in debt management.
