RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and orient the Business Strategy, Marketing, Budget, in each stage to complete the Task Plans assigned by the Block and Department.
- Conduct research, search for new markets, new customers and discover customer needs, thereby having appropriate Product Development Strategy and Sales Strategy.
- Coordinate with related departments to develop new products or improve to meet new needs or save for customers. Strictly implement improvement supervision for PKD.
- Closely monitor the completion level of the Plan of the Department and each employee. Seriously evaluate the completion of the work of BP.
- Implement and monitor the business plan, budget, analyze the operating status to promptly respond to changing conditions (if any).
- Research domestic and foreign competitors, including manufacturing plants, trading companies, import-export companies, and consignments to ensure a clear understanding of total commercial output, consumption in the markets and assess the fluctuations of each customer and key market (80/20)
- Always research new products from the market/competitors or from customer information, colleagues’ initiatives or from other sources to promptly propose to the Company for further research.
- Contribute and combine to develop the ADC brand through effective Marketing Channels and programs.
- Build and maintain sustainable, long-term relationships with customers, by accompanying and understanding their needs and goals
- Organize to handle customer complaints quickly and satisfactorily upon receipt of complaints (if any)
- Monitor and ensure compliance with Sales Processes/Systems/Policies and professional standards in assigned areas. Responsible for Optimizing Regulations/Processes/ to achieve greater efficiency in business operations.
- Responsible for recruiting, allocating targets, Rewards, Discipline, training according to Company Policies
Organize propaganda, communication and orientation of the Company’s Vision, Mission, Core Values regularly to ensure that the Company’s Goals are understood and consistent.
- Training the Successor Team, improving the capacity of PKD personnel to ensure competitiveness in the market and create opportunities for employees to advance.
- Responsible for Contributing to Improvement and implementing commitments to reduce sales and operating costs of the Department.
REQUIREMENTS
1. Professional requirements:
- Graduated from a regular university or higher, majoring in Business Administration, Foreign Trade, Economics, Marketing and other majors from prestigious universities at home and abroad.
- At least 5 – 10 years of experience as a Sales Manager of a Manufacturing and Trading Company with 200 employees and revenue of 300 billion VND or more.
- Have knowledge and experience in Building a Business Strategy.
- Understand Management Tools and Methods of Market Analysis and Assessment.
- Have the ability to manage the operations of the International and Domestic Sales Department; Marketing, thereby having appropriate development strategies.
- Good English communication skills and proficiency in another foreign language (priority);
