RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage recruitment and training of new staff.
- Manage office administration.
- Advise, propose and implement welfare regimes, develop salary, bonus and welfare regimes and organize implementation to motivate employees.
- Develop, supplement and perfect processes and regulations applied in the Company.
- Collaborate with the Marketing Department to plan internal events with departments + monthly kick-off, staff birthdays, company birthdays, year-end parties, etc.
- Implement social insurance and personal income tax to ensure full benefits for employees.
- Check and supervise timekeeping and salary calculation; adjust salary levels in accordance with Company regulations.
REQUIREMENTS
- Graduated from human resources management or law.
- At least 02 years of experience in a similar position.
- Know how to organize and handle work proactively and scientifically.
- Delicate, careful, honest.
- Priority is given to those with experience in organizing events, cultural activities, …
- Good communication, negotiation and connection skills.
