RESPONSIBILITIES
A. OVERVIEW
1. Omnichannel Manager (Fully Self-Managed).
2. Oversee brand and product management as a Senior Manager:
- The Marketing Manager establishes, builds and leads all marketing functions from marketing strategy and brand storytelling to the shopping experience and customer contact strategy.
- The position is responsible for supporting the design and facilitating the process for short and mid-term strategic planning; leading divisional budget planning, vendor management for brand marketing, and product development.
- Furthermore, this position also takes on the responsibilities of Omnichannel and Digital Marketing Manager not only requires the ability to build, deploy, and evaluate strategies effectively but also the one to implement detailed items for Omnichannel and Digital strategy.
B. DUTIES
1. Omnichannel Development and Management:
- Omnichannel Infrastructure Development.
- Omnichannel Sales and Brand-Building Strategy Development (Dine-In, Take-Away, Internal & External Delivery, Other NBC)
2. Marketing Strategy Development:
- Market Research & Consumer Insights.
- Brand Marketing Strategy Development.
- Integrated Marketing Communication Strategy Development.
3. Marketing Strategy Execution:
- Overall Brand Operations.
- Product Development.
- Media Management (Offline & Online)
- Brand Equity Management.
- Marketing Systems Development.
4. People management and compliance:
- Org Development, Hiring, Training, Retention.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or a related field or equivalent strongly demonstrated work experience (MBA or MMM is a plus).
- At least 15 years of working experience in the marketing field, including 5 years working in the Retail/QSR/FnB/FMCG/E-commerce industry at mid/large-scale companies and multinational corporations.
- 5 years of experience in Omnichannel setting up and development.
- Knowledgeable in brand marketing, product strategies/tactics
- Experience in leading a team (Brand, Product…).
- Be able to work in a (very) fast-paced environment, multi-task and collaborate closely with multiple business units.
- Ability to negotiate effectively
- Result oriented, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Interrelates well with diversified communities; likes to meet and deal with people.
- Highly analytical and able to identify issues and determine alternative courses of action for the best result.
- Right mindset and good growth (to add value in brand management).
- The position involves high-level pressure and regular traveling.
- Requires regular fieldwork.
- Fluent in English.
